I have really liked all the books in this series but I have to say this book has been my favorite so far. The sexual chemistry between Carina and Max was so steamy you could hardly see the pages to read. I love the take charge Carina go for what you want with no regrets. She was awesome and relatable that is hard to find in a romance book. I was sad when Carina left Max to find herself but she knew that she could never be able to love him like he needed if she didn't find herself first. I was jumping for joy when they did get their HEA. Max was great, lick-able likable and most important he was down to earth. I was hoping that he would have discovered his own feelings for Carina before she left him but I respect that he didn't go after her and let her discover who and what she needed for herself. This book and also the other books in this series the relationships happen over reasonable amount of time. They feel more authentic believable other than everyone is extremely rich. Which is nice, I like to see over time how the relationship grows. The author did a great job with this story. I can't wait for the next book in the series.
